(TSX VENTURE:WPR) ("WPR" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, such that WPR now proposes to issue such number of units ("Units") at a price of $0.40 per Unit and such number of flow-through common shares ("FT Shares") at a price of $0.45 per FT Share, as may together raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
