• CVS Caremark (NYSE:CVS) posted fourth quarter adjusted earnings of 79 cents, one cent better than Zacks estimates, on revenues of $25.8 billion, which missed Zacks estimates of $26.35 billion

• Hasbro (NYSE:HAS) posted fourth quarter earnings of $1.09, versus Zacks estimates of 81 cents a share on revenues of $1.38 billion up from projections of $1.33 billion

• JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM) upgraded Disney (NYSE:DIS) to "neutral" from "underweight," raising the price target to $30 from $28.  JP Morgan noted, "We upgrade [Disney] to neutral from underweight as we believe that the improving macroeconomic outlook will provide downside support for the stock price at this level...We maintain our view, however, that earnings recovery at Disney will lag the peer group due to challenging trends at the film studio and parks"

• Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) upgraded Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE:NWL) to "overweight" from "equal weight"

• Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) upgraded Home Depot (NYSE:HD) to "overweight," from "equal weight," lifting the price target to $35

• FBR maintained its "market perform" rating on NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) while lifting its price and 2010 earnings targets. Earnings for 2010 were increased to 80 cents from 75 cents, and its price target increased to $17 from $16

• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) initiated coverage of Alliance Data (NYSE:ADS) with a "buy" rating and a price target of $72

• Lorillard (NYSE:LO) exceeded Zacks estimates by a penny, posting fourth quarter earnings of $1.52 a share, on revenues of $1.38 billion up from estimates of 901 million

• IBM (NYSE:IBM) plans to announce a new, Power7 chip today, four times faster than its predecessor, as Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) is likely to announce its delayed version of the Itanium high-end chip today as well
