(NASDAQ: HOKU) is the top percentage gainers in morning trade and surged among 73% today to $3.71 on huge volume of 4.42 million shares after the maker of fuel-cell and solar-power components said China’s Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co. agreed to a financing agreement to help complete construction of a polysilicon plant in Pocatello, Idaho.
Discovery Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSCO) rallied 45% on 37.21 million shares and now trades at $1.after held a teleconference on September 29, 2009 with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
