CBS Corporation (CBS) to Sell its Four Radio Stations in Portland to Alpha Broadcasting

CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS)  has completed sale procedure of  its four radio stations in Portland, Ore., KINK-FM, KUPL-FM, KUFO-FM and KCMD-AM, to Alpha Broadcasting for $40M in cash.
