WEST COVINA, CA--(Marketwire - August 17, 2009) - Groundbreaking began on June 15th for the
new 110 Room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in West Covina. The new
Marriot Hotel is located at 3211 E. Garvey Ave. along I-10 in West Covina.
The owner/developer Brighton Management LLC of Diamond Bar, CA has
indicated they will be the operator of the hotel, scheduled to open in June
of 2010. The 5-Story, 57,028 Square Foot facility will include such
amenities as an exercise room, pool, meeting rooms, business center and
breakfast area.
M.S. Walker Construction Services
is the General Contractor on the project and has an extensive list of
completed Hotel Projects in California.
Brighton Management is a
privately held real estate company that focuses on the development and
