Unica Launches Next Generation Enterprise Marketing Suite Enabling the Shift to Interactive Marketing

solutions, today introduced Unica 8, the latest release of its Enterprise
Marketing suite. Unica 8 includes significant enhancements and capabilities
aimed at enabling interactive marketing and lowering total cost
of ownership (TCO) for marketers. Unica defines Interactive Marketing as
the discipline of engaging each customer and prospect in a cross-channel
dialogue that builds upon their past and current behavior.

A key highlight of Unica 8 is the new cross-product user interface and
role-based dashboards. The new interface increases user productivity with
enhanced product navigation and a seamless user experience across all
modules that comprise the Enterprise marketing suite.
The added visibility enabled by the configurable dashboard helps
application users make better decisions and work more effectively across
all execution channels, providing marketing executives with comprehensive
insight into marketing activities and performance.
