Voice Mobility Installs Vmerge at Ancestry.com

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2009) - Voice Mobility International, Inc. (TSX:VMY)(OTCBB:VMII)(FRANKFURT:VMY), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier and enterprise messaging solutions, today announced a new Vmerge deployment with Ancestry.com based in Provo, Utah with locations around the globe.

Ancestry.com is the world's largest online resource for family history that helps its customer discover, preserve and share their family history through its global collection of records. The company provides additional family history resources including Family Tree Maker, MyCanvas.com, myfamily.com, and others.

Ancestry.com was seeking to replace an Intuity map 40 to provide mobile applications and Unified Messaging with their Exchange email store.

- Mobility features supports local and international mobility, as well as scheduling and filtering. It includes intelligent call screening, find/follow me and broadcast functionalities.

- Corporate instant messaging is available with the desktop and wireless applications. SMS support and various text-based notification options can alert users when important messages or calls arrive.

- Call Manager, presence management and real-time directory.

- Access contacts from anywhere, anytime using any device.

- Email Reader, ASR and FAX services, as well as custom services such as IVR and hospitality application integration.
