ISIS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISIS) decreased 16.85% to $9.19 on 2.21 million shares. Genzyme Corp. (NASDAQ: GENZ) and Isis Pharmaceuticals announced today that the phase 3 study of mipomersen in patients with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia met its primary endpoint with a highly statistically significant 28% reduction in LDL-cholesterol after 26 weeks of treatment, compared with an increase of 5% for placebo. The 52-week trading range for ISIS is $8.85 - $18.81. ISIS Pharmaceuticals has declined over 44% in the last six months.

The Ultimate Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTI) declined 2.57% to $28.10 on 49K shares in the morning trading hours. Ultimate Software announced yesterday that for the first quarter of 2010, it expects total revenues of approximately $55 million. For fiscal 2010, the Company expects total revenues to increase by approximately 18% over those in fiscal 2009. ULTI has surged 99% in the last year. The 52-week trading range for ULTI is $12.40 - $31.78.

Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) fell 2.25% to $16.96 on 41K shares. The 52-week trading range for PKY is $8.46 - $23.25. Parkway Properties has climbed over 17% in the last year.

BMB Munai Inc. (AMEX: KAZ) plunged 14.05% to $1.04 on 287K shares in the morning trading hours. The 52 week trading range for BMB Munai is $0.33 - $2.02. In the last six months, KAZ has surged over 14%.

Dean Foods Company (NYSE: DF) plummeted 11% to $15.71 on 1.03 million shares. Dean Foods reported today a fourth-quarter net income of $50.3 million, or $0.27 per share, as compared to $66.4 million, or $0.42 per share, in the year-ago period. Revenue declined slightly to $3 billion from $3.1 billion for the same quarter last year. The 52-week trading range for DF is $15.54 - $22.09. Dean Foods has declined over 14% in the last six months.
