Annaly Capital (NLY) Announces CreXus IPO at a Price of $15 per Share

Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY), announced that CreXus Investment Corp. has agreed to sell 13,333,334 shares of common stock in its initial public offering at a price of $15.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $200M. CreXus Investment Corp. will be externally managed by Fixed Income Discount Advisory Company
The offering is expected to close on September 22, 2009.
