Shiner International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEST) is today’s top percentage gainer in morning trade and surged 30% today to $1.82 on an unusual huge volume of 1.73 million shares after today it announced that it has entered into a new contract with Shineway Group. The Company believes that this contact has the potential of contributing up to RMB4,000,000, (approximately $586,000) monthly to its coated food safe packaging sales.

Fortress International Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIGI) climbed 88% to $0.79 on huge volume of 1.84 million shares after it announced that it has been awarded six contracts totaling approximately $39.4 million spanning all three of its divisions -- technology consulting, construction management and facilities management. Including the new project awards. The bulk of the contract awards come from four significant design and construction projects for two of Fortress International's co-location customers totaling $36.4 million.

iPCS, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPCS) soared 34% now trades at $23.85 on high volume of 6.87 million shares after Sprint Nextel Corporation and iPCS, Inc. announced an agreement for Sprint Nextel to acquire iPCS for approximately $831 million, including the assumption of $405 million of net debt.

KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: KFN) today moved up 7.71% to $5.45 with over 1.25 million shares changed hands . So far this year UPI has rallied over 440%.
