announced the appointment of software industry veteran David Satterwhite as
EVP of Sales, Services and Business Development. Satterwhite, most
recently with newScale, will manage the continued expansion of the

Satterwhite joins the company as Genius.com continues to set revenue
records and recently announced ongoing customer expansion and product
innovation. Fiscal Q2 2009 was Genius.com's third consecutive record
quarter in bookings with over 150 customer wins for the period ending July
30th, 2009. Genius carried on its tradition of innovation with the recent

from under $1M per annum to market leadership, growing revenues an average

worldwide sales organization which achieved over $65 million in annual
sales. At NightFire software, Satterwhite led worldwide field operations,
including sales, professional services, customer support and training,
increasing company revenues from $9 million to $22 million in the first
