F3 Technologies Signs Reseller Agreement With Georgia-Based M&M Creative, Inc.

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 18, 2009) - F3 Technologies Inc., (PINKSHEETS: FTCH)
announced today that it has signed a reseller agreement with M&M Creative,
Inc. (M&M), the parent company of Tlehs Publishing www.tlehs.com of Duluth,
GA effective immediately. This agreement enables M&M to resell and/or
deploy the Interaction Community System (InteractionCS) throughout the
State of Georgia.

Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, stated, "M&M's wholly owned
subsidiary Tlehs Publishing is the premier provider of directories and
newsletters to communities in the State of Georgia and beyond. Their
service to roughly forty-five thousand (45,000) homes in Georgia alone will
give Interaction Community System an almost immediate presence into what is
a huge HOA market. Because Tlehs is already dealing directly with people
in charge of making the decisions for their respective HOAs we are hopeful
