BofA/Merrill Lynch upgrades none other than venerable Goldman Sachs (NYSE:
GS). BofA upgraded Goldman from Neutral to Buy after Goldman Sachs was able to settle so quickly with the SEC for $550 million.
BofA increases Goldman Sachs' target price from $160 to $182.
