) today announced its fourth quarter 2010 financial results, including $324.8 million of revenue, $119.4 million of Modified EBITDA, $26.4 million of levered free cash flow and net income of $17.5 million. For the year, the Company reported $1.273 billion in revenue, $463.6 million of M-EBITDA, $82.8 million of levered free cash flow, and net income of $271.4 million, which includes a non-cash tax benefit of $227.3 million.
