3D Systems (TDSC) Announces Acquisition of Key Desktop Factory Assets

3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: TDSC) announced the acquisition of assets of Desktop Factory, Idealab company that developed a sub-$5,000 3-D Printer. 3D Systems plans to continue to develop Desktop Factory's technology and integrate this breakthrough technology into its expanding family of desktop and professional 3-D Printers.
