U.S. Stock Index Futures Point to A Higher Open

U.S. stock-index futures rallied the day after the Labor Day holiday. Credit Suisse Group AG forecast further gains for equities in 2010 and investors seem to agree.

The S&P 500 Index futures rose 1% to 1,024.1. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures gained 0.9% to 9,505. Nasdaq-100 Index futures added 1% to 1,651.75.
