Fast Money Halftime Report
The Fast Money Halftime Report just ended and it looks like the bears are coming out of the woodwork. All of the panelists are advising shorting this market, which has been falling as a result of China and Greece concerns as well as the political intrigue coming out of Washington D.C. There just doesn't seem to be a foreseeable catalyst that can drive the indexes higher in the near term.
If the market wanted to rally, it would have done it on the back of strong earnings reports from a myriad of companies. Instead, investors mostly greeted the good numbers with sell orders. Long term investors should be scouring this market for value, as there are still some cheap stocks out there. I would take a look at Travelers Companies (NYSE: TRV). Traders should be entering next week with a short bias, either by selling S&P or Nasdaq futures, buying index puts or shorting specific stocks and ETFs.
