Benzinga's After Hours Gainers (RSH, SVU, SOA)

It has been a fairly uneventful evening in the after hours trading session. Among the notable names that have been moving higher, however, are RadioShack (NYSE: RSH), SuperValu (NYSE: SVU), and Solutia (NYSE: SOA).

RadioShack (RSH) released their quarterly earnings after the closing bell today. The company reported earnings per share of $0.39 compared to Wall Street estimates of $0.36. In the late trading session, RSH shares have gained 1.88% to $23.34.

SuperValu (SVU) shares have jumped 1.64% to $15.61 in the after hours trading session. During regular market hours, SuperValu lost 4%, so the stock is still underwater on the day.

Solutia (SOA) shares have notched gains of 6.8% in the after hours. The stock is now trading hands for $18.70. A little more than 77,000 shares have traded hands in the after market. The catalyst for the move higher appears to be strong guidance issued by the company.
