New 52-Week Lows (VITC, SMTB, HFFC, GBNK)

HF Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: HFFC) today broken its previous 52-week low and made a new low at $8.05 and now down 13% and trades at $8.50. Today, it announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2.5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $20 million. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses are approximately $17.939 million.
Guaranty Bancorp (NASDAQ: GBNK) fell 8.60% to $1.07 on 82K shares after making a new 52-week low at $0.96. GBNK shares have declined by around 46% so far this year.
