Benzinga’s Biggest Losers (SIGA, DEER, RX, SIRO, FSYS)
SIGA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGA) has plunged 28% to $5.28 on 5.26 million shares after SIGA Technologies announced yesterday that it has entered into an agreements for the sale of 2,725,339 shares of common stock at a price of $7.35 per share. So far this year, SIGA is up over 125%.
Deer Consumer Products, Inc. (NDA) (NASDAQ: DEER) fell 19% to $12.87 on 2.58 million shares after DEER announced today the pricing of a public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share.
IMS Health, Inc. (NYSE: RX) is trading lower by 7% to $19.87 on reports that the Seante has moved to block drugmakers from using prescription records to pitch doctors. So far this year, RX is down up 31%.
Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRO) shares are down 7% to $32.46. Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. announced the pricing of the previously announced public offering by Sirona Holdings Luxco S.C.A. of 7,100,000 shares of common stock and 250,000 shares by Jeffrey T. Slovin, at a price to the public of $32.75 per share.
Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSYS) fell 8.59% to $41.60 on 1.36 million shares. So far in the last five trading session, FSYS is down over 15%. The 52-week range for FSYS is $9.83-$52.53.
