Entravision & Pinterest Ink Global Deal: Tapping Unserved Ad Markets And Beyond

Entravision Communications Corp EVC disclosed an international sales partnership with the visual inspiration platform Pinterest Inc PINS. The financial terms were not disclosed.

As per the deal, Entravision will provide advertisers outreach and campaign management in several countries where Pinterest doesn't serves ads, including Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Also, the company will help these advertisers reach audiences where Pinterest serves ads across Europe and the U.S.

Our solutions serve more than 8,000 brands every month and will enable advertisers to fully access Pinterest's global audience," said Michael Christenson, CEO of Entravision.

As of June 30, 2023, EVC's cash and marketable securities stood at $126.5 million.
