SPAR Group, Inc.
(NASDAQ:
SGRP), today announced the
signing of a joint venture agreement to expand its operations into
Turkey. The new venture, SPAR NDS, in which SPAR will hold a 51%
ownership interest, expects to generate $4 million in annualized
profitable revenue over the next twelve months.
