Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NYSE:
TEVA) announced its plans to buy Allergan's generic drugs unit for $40.5 billion in a cash and stock deal.
Perrigo Company plc Ordinary Shares (NYSE:
PRGO) shares surged 3.22 percent to $192.51. Perrigo is expected to release Q2 results on August 5, 2015.
Stratasys, Ltd. (NASDAQ:
SSYS) rose 2 percent to $35.15. Dougherty & Company upgraded Stratasys to Buy
