Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:
VRNT) shares fell 7.32 percent to $47.89. Verint reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.70 per share. FBR's Daniel H. Ives maintained an Outperform rating on Verint Systems, while lowering the price target from $68 to $63.
Ciena Corporation (NYSE:
CIEN) shares declined 7.11 percent to $20.89. Ciena reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal third quarter, but the company's sales missed analysts' estimates. Ciena named François Locoh-Donou as its senior vice president and chief operating officer.
Catalent Inc (NYSE:
CTLT) shares slipped 6.41 percent to $29.51. Catalent reported better-than-expected Q4 results on Wednesday.
