Apart from this, users can also quickly translate notes by tapping on it.

How To Add Music To Instagram Notes

Adding music to your Instagram Notes is as easy as adding a new note.

  • Open the Instagram application and swipe to the chats window.
  • Tap the ‘plus' icon on the top left of your profile picture.
  • Now tap on the music note button right below the text box. This will take you to a new page to search for your desired song.
  • Find and choose the song you want, and now choose your 30-second clip.

You can also add text or emoji to go with the music clip if you want. Once you're done composing the note, tap on ‘Done' at the top right corner.

According to Meta, the Instagram Notes feature has been a hit with teenagers. The company says teens use the Notes feature ten times more than adults in the U.S.

In the last month and a half, over 100 million teenage users shared a note, and about a fifth of them also got replies from their friends and followers, the company said.
