AerSale Corp ASLE shares are trading lower by 6.40% to $18.56 during Wednesday's trading session after the company priced a 4.25 million share common stock offering at $17.25 per share.

AerSale says the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 637,500 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.

AerSale says no shares are being sold by the company. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.
