AdvanTel(TM) Networks Announces Acquisition of Prime Business Systems

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - August 18, 2009) - AdvanTelT Networks, a leading
communications integrator, has acquired Prime Business Systems, an Avaya
Business Partner based in San Diego, CA. Founded in 1997 by Mark Ritchie,
Prime Business has been a leading provider of telecommunications and data
infrastructure solutions across the United States with key relationships in
Southern California and with the Federal Government.

As a part of the acquisition, Mark Ritchie will manage the AdvanTel
Networks' Southern California operations. Mark will lead a group of
seasoned professionals now able to leverage the reputation and strength of
AdvanTel Networks as a premier technology provider. "This acquisition
