'The Razzle Dazzle Is A Sham' – Grant Cardone Says He Grew Up In The Democratic Party But Now Sees Through Broken Promises And Empty Guarantees

As political debates intensify nationwide, opinions on party policies and their effectiveness vary widely. When Grant Cardone, a prominent real estate investor and CEO of Cardone Capital, appeared on Fox News, he wasn't shy about sharing his thoughts on the current political climate.

Don't Miss:

Cardone, known for his straightforward approach to business and life, wasted no time pointing out the failings of the Biden-Harris administration.

He pointed out that the "razzle dazzle" we've seen from the administration is nothing more than a "sham." Reflecting on his past, he admitted, "I grew up in the Democratic Party" but after a decade in business, he began to see through the promises being made. "The promises that you are going to take care of me … the Democratic Party has done this now my entire life," Cardone said, frustrated by what he perceives as empty guarantees on health care, housing and affordability.

According to Cardone, the reality in cities dominated by Democratic leadership tells a different story – one where housing is increasingly unaffordable and inflation is spiraling out of control. He pulled no punches when discussing Vice President Kamala Harris, criticizing her for lacking real-world experience. "She has never held a job in the enterprise marketplace," he said, underscoring his belief that America's middle class is shrinking under policies that do more harm than good.

Cardone didn't just criticize; he also offered his perspective on the country’s needs. "America needs a reboot right now," he said, arguing that only a Trump administration could provide the kind of leadership that would "expand the middle class, not strengthen it." In his view, the middle class is not just under pressure – it's shrinking, with poverty rising and a wealthy elite benefiting from the current policies.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham highlighted the struggles of everyday Americans now dipping into their 401(k) plans just to pay for necessities. Cardone agreed, pointing to Harris's recent public statements as emblematic of the administration's disconnect. "How dare she think Americans are that stupid?" he exclaimed, criticizing what he sees as Harris's attempt to present herself as a fresh face with new solutions despite being part of the very administration that, in his view, has exacerbated these issues.

Cardone also questioned the financial narrative surrounding Harris, particularly her net worth. He argued that Harris, who has never earned more than $149,000 per year, has amassed a net worth of $7 to $12 million, something he finds implausible. "She would have had to have been in office 84 years and never spent a penny to have her net worth," he calculated, calling for greater scrutiny of her finances.

As the conversation wrapped up, Cardone expressed hope for a future where the middle class could thrive under different leadership. He believes that deregulation and a shift in focus from handouts to inspiration could lead to the wealthiest middle-class America has ever seen. "We should be inspiring to create the wealthiest middle class and upper middle class of any country on planet Earth and she can't do that," he said, doubting Harris's ability to deliver on such a vision.

In a political landscape where "razzle dazzle" often takes center stage, Cardone's critique serves as a reminder that for many, real results matter more than flashy promises.

However, supporters of the administration argue that significant strides have been made in areas such as economic recovery post-pandemic, job creation and social justice reforms. They contend that the administration's focus on infrastructure, climate change and health care represents a forward-thinking approach that prioritizes long-term benefits over short-term gains, challenging the notion that flashy promises are all being offered.
