Florida Politics pointed out that the campaign launched this new effort to put legal marijuana up for a vote just one day after Gov. <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/ron-desantis" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ron DeSantis</a> called a special session asking lawmakers to crackdown on &#8220;fraudulent signatures&#8221; to place amendments on the ballot.
