The negotiations will take place in 2025, with the new prices slated to take effect in 2027.

Synaptics said the deal is expected to add&nbsp;at least $40 million in annualized sales. The company also expects the transaction to be immediately accretive to adjusted earnings per share. 
The all-cash transaction is expected to close on Jan. 30. Financing details were not provided, but Synaptics said it will provide more information on the transaction when it reports <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings">second-quarter earnings</a> on Feb. 6. 
Analysts currently expect Synaptics to report earnings of 86 cents per share and revenue of $265.14 million for the second quarter, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a> estimates.

	<li>Collins will provide maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for various systems across Envoy&#39;s fleet of 128 Embraer E175 aircraft under the multi-year agreement. The financial terms were not disclosed.</li>
	<li>The Collins products covered by the contract are electric power, fire protection, and sensors.</li>
