7M Public Share Offer from Horsehead Holding Corp. (ZINC)

Horsehead Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ZINC), leading zinc producer and recycler of hazardous waste, announced its increased number of public issue from 6M to 7M.at a price of $10.50 per share. The company expects to receive $69.4 million in net proceeds from the offering and intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures, acquisitions, working capital, investments and the repayment of indebtedness. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about September 16, 2009
