Stocks Rebound: Controlled Openings and Closings

First let's look at today's excuses for why the stock markets are faltering, why volume is so low, and why there is so much uncertainty...which makes me wonder... Is the stock marekt preparing to 'CLIMB A WALL OF PROVERBIAL WORRY'?
