• Discover (NYSE:DFC) reported results after the close yesterday.  A fiscal first-quarter loss of 22 cents a share compared with a 25 cent profit a year ago as charge-offs rose to 8.51% from 8.43% in the year-ago period

• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) added Autodesk (NASDAQ:ADSK) to its Conviction Buy List, raising the price target to $35 from $33, while removing CommVault (NASDAQ:CVLT)

• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) downgraded shares of Citrix Systems (NASDAQ:CTXS) to "neutral" from "buy," with a price target of $52

• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) upgraded shares of Jack In The Box (NASDAQ:JACK) to "buy" from "neutral," with the price target raised to $27 from $22.50

• Nike (NYSE:NKE) earnings are due for release after today's close. Earnings for its fiscal third quarter are expected at 89 cents, down from 99 cents a year earlier
