Terex Corporation TEX traded over 8% pre-market after an announcement on July 31st to buy Demag Cranes for 1.36B. Globe Specialty Metals GSM traded over 8% before market open on positive Q2 earnings and guidance reports. CapitalSource CSE traded over 8% as multiple companies, including JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities, upgraded it recently. Aruba Networks ARUN traded over 6% after announcing a deal with Clinton Cards in which the retailer's outlets as well as its headquarters will run on Aruba's wireless technology.
