On CNBC's "Trading Nation," Mark Tepper of Strategic Wealth Partners spoke about the retailers.
He doesn't think people are going to start to visit malls because of the vaccine. The foot traffic was dying before COVID-19 and he doesn't think the trend is going to change. He would own brands that have strong growth and great online platforms.
The only stock he owns in the space is VF Corp VFC. Tepper is also watching Lululemon Athletica Inc LULU and he would consider buying it if it drops 10%.
Todd Gordon likes Ulta Beauty Inc ULTA and its partnership with Target Corporation TGT. He identified a failed head-and-shoulders technical pattern on Ulta's chart, which makes him bullish.
Gordon decided to close his position in Lululemon on Tuesday. He doesn't like it from the valuation point of view and from the technical point of view. He would be a buyer on a pullback.
