Apple Gets Injunction to Block Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Most of EU

German news agency dpa reports that Apple (NASDAQ:

) has been granted a preliminary injunction against Samsung (

) to halt sales of the Android-based Galaxy Tab 10.1 in all of the European Union with the exception of the Netherlands. Apple alleges that the Galaxy Tab infringes on various intellectual property rights owned by Apple.
