Stocks Fall On FOMC Statement

The U.S. stock market has trimmed its gains on Tuesday after the FOMC statement. The Fed downgraded its outlook for the economy and said that temporary factors account for only some of the recent economic weakness. The market initially rallied on the statement, but has since given back some of those gains.
