• McCormick (NYSE:MKC) beat estimates with fiscal first quarter results of 51 cents, versus Zacks estimates of 48 cents a share on better-than-anticipated revenues of $764.5 million, ahead of Zacks estimates of $761 million
• ConAgra (NYSE:CAG) reported inline third quarter earnings of 44 cents a share as revenues of $3.096 billion, were just short of estimates of $3.15 billion
• Lululemon (NASDAQ:LULU) topped expectations for its fiscal fourth quarter with earnings of 40 cents, ahead of Zacks estimates of 29 cents on estimate-topping revenues of $160.6 million versus Zacks projections of $143 million
• Baird downgraded shares of Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX) to "neutral" from "outperform" and lowered its price target to $27 from $28. Yesterday Starbucks announced plans to initiate a dividend of 10 cents and expanded plans to buy back shares
• Bernstein downgraded Brocade (NASDAQ:BRCD) shares to "market perform" from "outperform"
• Raytheon (NYSE:RTN) lifted its quarterly dividend 21% to $0.375, with plans to repurchase up to $2 billion additional common shares
