Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHTP)  is the top percentage gainers in morning trade and surged among 17% today to $2.93 on huge volume of 12.75 million shares after it announced that continued analysis of previously reported results from Study 302, the first of two pivotal Phase III trials in Chelsea's registration program of Droxidopa for the treatment of symptomatic, neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (NOH), confirm statistically significant benefits across five clinically relevant assessment criteria that reflect symptomatic improvements and corroborate other supportive symptom data.

Xyratex Ltd. (NASDAQ: XRTX)  rallied 15% on 1.95 million shares and now trades at $10.94 after it reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.36, versus the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $246.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $239.17 million.

Palatin Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: PTN)  is also moving higher by 18% to $0.40 on 3.70 million shares . It declared on Tuesday that the company expects USD5m with respect to an amendment of its ongoing exclusive research collaboration and licence agreement with AstraZeneca targeting melanocortin receptors for the treatment of obesity and related indications.,

ExpressJet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: XJT)  soared 13% now trades at $2.82 on an unusual volume of 182K shares on no news. So far during this year the stock has jumped up over 66%.
