Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. Announces Size and Dates of Tender Offer for Up to 5% of Common Stock

Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. (NYSE:

) announced that it will conduct a tender offer for up to 5% of its outstanding common stock at a price equal to 98% of its net asset value per share as determined on the day the tender offer expires. The Fund currently expects its tender offer to commence on October 31, 2011, and expire on November 29, 2011, unless extended.
