Aeroports de Paris To Acquire 38% Stake In Turkey's TAV

Aeroports de Paris SA agreed to acquire a 38% stake in Turkish airport operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding AS (OTC: TAVHY) for $874 million (EUR667 million). ADP is paying a 32% premium to TAV's recent closing stock price.
