Complete Genomics GNOM shares are up 4% pre-market following news the company received an unsolicited $3.30/share bid from Party H on November 5th. The offer follows a tender offer from BGI-Shenzhen last month. Complete Genomics said the Party H bid did not constitute a superior proposal and would likely not gain anti-trust clearance.
