Acacia Research (NASDAQ:
ACTG) announced today that its
Criminal Activity Surveillance, LLC subsidiary has entered into a
license and settlement agreement with UDP Americas, Inc. The agreement
resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Texas.
