MrBeast's Prank From Last Year Lands Him In Hilarious Handcuff Debacle

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, was at the center of an outrageous prank war, handcuffed by police in a “revenge” plot orchestrated by fellow YouTuber Airrack, also known as Eric David Decker

What Happened: In a jaw-dropping turn of events, YouTube’s most-followed man found himself in handcuffs at the hands of the North Carolina police — but it was all part of an elaborate prank.

It all started with a revenge plot concocted by YouTuber Airrack in response to a prank MrBeast had played on him over a year ago, wherein Donaldson asked one of Decker’s producers to fake-resign and join his crew — this apparently left Airrack absolutely devastated.

So, to outdo MrBeast, Airrack concocted a plan to fool Donaldson into believing he was being arrested. The YouTuber managed to rope in NYPD, but that attempt failed, so he decided to execute the plan in MrBeast’s hometown of North Carolina.

The video shared by Airrack showed police officers pulling Donaldson over, citing his car’s tinted windows and when he stepped out, they handcuffed him, saying there was a warrant out for his arrest.

The YouTuber appeared to be amused by the entire spectacle and kept smiling, but his demeanor shifted when the officers inquired about any recent threats he might have received while he was sitting at the back of the police car.

The YouTuber king was escorted to a holding cell, where he stayed for an extended period without food or water. Eventually, he was told to make one phone call and that’s when the grand prank was revealed.

Donaldson later admitted that he thought the arrest was real at one point given the excessive resources invested in the prank.
