Aehr Gets $13.7M In Follow-On Orders For FOX WaferPak Contactors

Aehr Test Systems AEHR has received follow-on orders worth $13.7 million to deliver FOX WaferPak contactors.

The company got the orders from its lead silicon carbide test and burn-in customer. Not revealing the company name, Aehr confirmed that the customer is a "leading" Fortune 500 supplier of semiconductor devices.

The order will meet the increased production capacity needs for silicon carbide power semiconductors for the electric vehicle market.

The contract includes both current design capacity increases and several new designs that will ramp to volume production.

On June 1, Aehr signed a long-term supply agreement with a new customer covering FOX-XP systems, WaferPaks, WaferPak Aligners, and support.

The WaferPaks are scheduled to be delivered over the next six months.

Price Action: AEHR shares are trading higher by 3.29% to $42.48 on the last check Friday.
