Paramount Group, Inc. PGRE rose 11.4% to $4.8250.
Iris Energy Limited IREN jumped 11.6% to $6.80.
Rivian Automotive, Inc. RIVN gained 11.2% to $24.05 after Wedbush raised its price target on the stock from $25 to $30.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited BABA rose 5.8% to $88.71 after China ended its regulatory overhaul on fintech affiliate Ant Group by imposing a penalty of 7.12 billion yuan ($984 million). Ant Group paid the fine for violating consumer protection and corporate governance laws, Reuters reported.
