Fisker, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Immunovant And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday

U.S. stocks traded lower, with the Dow Jones falling around 200 points on Tuesday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

• Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ICPT shares climbed 77.3% to $18.50. Alfasigma agreed to acquire Intercept Pharmaceuticals for $19.00 per share in cash.
• Immunovant, Inc. IMVT shares surged 75.6% to $35.60 after the company announced initial IMVT-1402 Phase 1 SAD and 300 mg subcutaneous MAD results.
• ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SPRY jumped 18.8% to $4.28 after Director Rajeev Shah acquired a total of 2,700,000 shares an average price of $3.03 for roughly $8.18 million.
• Roivant Sciences Ltd. ROIV shares rose 17% to $11.94 after the company announced initial IMVT-1402 Phase 1 SAD and 300 mg subcutaneous MAD results.
• Verve Therapeutics, Inc. VERV gained 16.6% to $13.25. Verve Therapeutics to unveil interim data on VERVE-101 at the American Heart Association's Event.
• Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. PLRX jumped 15% to $16.77 after the company announced bexotegrast met its primary and secondary endpoints in the Phase 2a liver fibrosis trial.
• Fisker Inc. FSR jumped 14.2% to $6.06 after the company announced that deliveries are set to ramp up. Fisker said it expects to start delivering 300 vehicles per day in the U.S. and Europe to keep up with demand. To date, the company has delivered more than 900 Fisker Ocean vehicles and manufactured 5,000.
• Adaptive Biotechnologies Corporation ADPT climbed 12.4% to $5.71.
• Vera Therapeutics, Inc. VERA gained 10.3% to $15.69 as HC Wainwright & Co maintained a Buy rating on the stock and raised its price target from $10 to $25.
• Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC PSNY gained 10% to $2.3989.
• Nikola Corporation NKLA rose 9.1% to $1.5225.
• OmniAb, Inc. OABI surged 9.1% to $5.43.
• Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. ARQT gained 7.6% to $6.23.
• Precigen, Inc. PGEN gained 7.4% to $1.44.
• JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. JKS climbed 7.2% to $28.45.
• Rivian Automotive, Inc. RIVN gained 6.7% to $22.54.
• bluebird bio, Inc. BLUE rose 5.9% to $3.2097.
