What Happened: Attorney and former Republican Ron Filipkowski shared a video clip of Trump’s staunch supporter on X — formerly known as Twitter.

In the video, the lady proclaimed that “Trump works for God. And God is all about America. And God is the one that's gonna save America. He's using Trump as one of his tools. That's why we support Trump, because he works for God."

Why It Matters: Former President Trump delivered two distinct speeches in Iowa on Saturday as part of his ongoing campaign efforts in preparation for the 2024 presidential election. At the DoubleTree Hotel and Convention Center in downtown Cedar Rapids and the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo, he addressed a large crowd of supporters, expressing his desire to secure a resounding victory in the primary, emphasizing its significance in shaping the tone for the general election in 2024, reported AP News.

"We have to win big," Trump said at the rally.

"I think we're in great shape in the primary. But it sets a tone for the general election," he added.

The former president has consistently maintained a substantial lead in polls over his competitors. As per polling aggregator FiveThirtyEight, Trump is averaging 55.9% support, in contrast to his nearest rival, Ron DeSantis, who stands at 14.7%.
