Complete the Vitality Health Review.
Choose your Apple Watch – John Hancock has added both the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the Apple Watch Series 9, the latest smartwatches from Apple, in its program.
Make a one-time payment of $25.

The remaining payments can be done using the points you accrue by exercising. This includes walking, running, biking, swimming and more.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Apple Watch Series 9 points redemption limits:

500 points – $0 per month.
360 points – $7 per month.
240 points – $12.25 per month.
Zero points – $15.5 per month.

You will have to accrue 500 points per month for 24 months.

John Hancock has two workout programs for this – Standard and Active.

Standard workout – 20 points per day:

Steps: 10,000
Heart rate: 60% of max heart rate for 30 minutes
