The Details: On Monday after the market closed, Gitlab released financial earnings for the 2025 fiscal-year first quarter.

The company reported adjusted EPS of three cents, beating analyst estimates of a loss of four cents per share. Revenues of $169.18 came in ahead of consensus estimates of $165.88 million.

For the second quarter, the company expects revenue between $176 and $177 million versus analyst estimates of $176.73 million. Gitlab also expects adjusted EPS from nine cents to ten cents versus analyst estimates of five cents.

Gitlab now expects revenue between $733 and $737 million versus analyst estimates of $731.67 million. Previously, the company anticipated revenue between $725 and $731 million.

The company now expects adjusted EPS between thirty four cents and thirty seven cents versus analyst expectations of twenty one cents. Prior to this change, the company expected adjusted EPS between nineteen cents and twenty three cents.

Analyst Changes: Following the earnings announcement, several analysts released price target adjustments.
